Refund Policy
All Sales Are Final. Because our items are limited and often made in small drops, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Return Eligibility (Only If a Mistake Was Made on Our End)
If OPENRUNWAY made an error with your order, you may qualify for a store credit or refund. To be eligible:
• Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
• Refunds (or store credit) will only be issued after the returned item has been reviewed and approved by our team.
Return Process (Only If a Mistake Was Made on Our End)
1 Contact our customer service team at openrunwayteam@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your package to report the issue and initiate the return.
2 You will receive instructions on how to ship your item back to us.
3 Once the item is received and reviewed, you will be notified of the outcome. Approved cases will be issued as store credit or a refund to your original payment method.
Important Notes
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
• We do not issue refunds for orders that were delivered to the wrong address due to customer error (e.g., entering an incorrect or incomplete address at checkout).
Chargebacks
• If you file a chargeback without contacting us first, your order may be paused while the dispute is reviewed.
• We actively respond to and dispute chargebacks we believe are invalid, including providing order confirmation, tracking details, delivery confirmation, and any related customer communication.
• If you have an issue with your order, please email openrunwayteam@gmail.com first so we can help resolve it faster than a chargeback.
Lost Packages and Transit Issues
• If a package is marked as lost in transit or stops updating for an extended period, this is typically a carrier issue and is not the fault of the customer or OPENRUNWAY.
• You may open a claim directly with USPS, or you can request that we open a USPS claim on your behalf.
• Once the claim is submitted, we will follow the carrier’s investigation outcome before issuing any replacement or refund.
